At Nefelle’s Terra, we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your products. However, if you receive a damaged product, we’re here to help.

Once Refund is approved the amount will be credit in 7 to 10 working days to original payment method

We accept return in 7 days 

Damage Defective and Replacement product will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days

✅ Eligibility for Return:

We accept returns only if the product is damaged during shipping.

🔁 Return Conditions:

  • You must inform us about the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide valid photo or video proof of the damage.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • No return will be accepted without proper proof.
